Privacy Policy

1.     Introduction

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter “the Policy”) specifies the manner in which the personal data of visitors to the “GNC Web – Digital Agency” website, available here, is processed. Any reference to terms set as definitions in the Terms of Use and/or Cookies Policy has the meaning assigned to them in the relevant text.

“Personal Data” is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Responsible for editing the Blog, in the sense of the law, is the Administrator and the ways to contact him can be found here.

The collection, management and generally processing of Personal Data is not necessary for the operation of the Blog and visitors are not required to provide Personal Data to the Blog in order to use the Content. However, a visitor may wish to comment on a Blog post. 

2.     Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Any processing of Personal Data by the Blog is based on the visitor’s consent. The Administrator processes the Personal Data that visitors may provide to the Blog in order to communicate with them, regarding the specific Content. Also, the Administrator does not process Personal Data through automated processing or profiling.

The following Personal Data may be processed:

·       Any social media account of the visitor or other medium, such as Facebook, Twitter or Google;

·       Any website owned or associated with the visitor;

·       The desire or not of the visitor to receive informative messages to the email address he has entered for new comments on the Blog post,

·       The wish or not of the visitor to be informed about new articles posted/shared on the Blog.

Visitors are strongly requested to avoid disclosing their Personal Data which is not necessary for the submission of their comment. The Administrator will make every reasonable effort to delete such Personal Data immediately, but cannot guarantee that it will not be noticed by third parties or that the deletion will be complete, in particular with regard to the processing of Personal Data by third parties.

The Administrator may process any Personal Data of the visitor if the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation of the Administrator (e.g. in case a visitor violates the Terms and after a request for information from competent authorities).

Finally, the Administrator may process any Personal Data of the visitors, which they have provided, or when the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legal interests pursued by the Administrator (e.g. for the establishment of legal claims from illegal or adverse with the Content Terms of Use).

 

3.    Processing of Data by third parties

Through the Blog, Personal Data of visitors may be collected and obtained from third parties, which is necessary according to the purposes that each third party has determined.

 

4.    Withdrawal of consent

Visitors may at any time withdraw their consent, without however affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. Revocation can be done either by deleting the comment, while withdrawal of consent to electronic communication is done through an option provided in each email.

 

5.    Visitors’ rights

Visitors to the Blog have the following rights under the law:

·     Right to information: visitors can know who is processing your data, what it is and why.

·     Right of Access: Visitors may request free access to Personal Data held by the Blog.

·     Right to rectification: In case of inaccurate Personal Data, visitors can request their correction or the completion of incomplete information.

·     Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): Every visitor can request the erasure of his Personal Data, under certain conditions, such as when the data is no longer necessary, he has withdrawn his consent, the data has been processed unlawfully, coke.

·     Right to restriction of processing: Visitors may request the restriction of processing of their Personal Data when their accuracy is disputed, the processing is unlawful, the data is no longer needed by the controller, or they object to automated processing.

6.    Changes to the Policy
