eCommerce Development
We focused on optimizing the user experience. To achieve this goal, the process began by conducting a customer audit in order to understand customer preferences and behavior. Based on the results, we developed a design strategy, which included among others adaptive technology and a mobile-friendly website to improve the user’s browsing in the eCommerce.
Interface with ERP
We connected the online store with the company’s ERP to ensure instant updates of inventory, sales, etc. Our goal is to enable customers to enjoy a seamless shopping experience in real time online and offline.
