Eponymo, as its name suggests, is a brand that aims to enhance the wardrobe of every modern man or woman with collections of high end clothing and prêt-à-porter accessories from international fashion houses.
Dsquared2, Elisabetta Franchi, Alberta Ferretti and Moschino are just some of the brands one can find in physical stores but also buy online from the e-shop.
eCommerce Development
We focused on optimizing the user experience. To achieve this goal, the process began by conducting a customer audit in order to understand customer preferences and behavior. Based on the results, we developed a design strategy, which included among others adaptive technology and a mobile-friendly website to improve the user’s browsing in the eShop.
Interface with ERP
We connected the online store with the company’s ERP to ensure instant updates of inventory, sales, etc. Our goal is to enable customers to enjoy a seamless shopping experience in real time online and offline.
